It really reinforces the the fact that we need to be aware of our students in context of their lives and culture while conducting a cyclical needs analysis--whether it be formal questionnaires or surveys at the beginning or end of the class or informal general solicitations in class. I really like that Mr. Cover stresses the students&#039; lives and relationship building.]]></description>
